Step 1 Initial consultation. You will be sent a questionnaire.

We diagnose your needs from reducing stress, increasing motivation and inspiration to facilitating conflict management. We design tailor made exercises for your employees, developing skills and insight into communication which leads to better performance. You choose where the focus is to be and we will lead your team to the next stage.

Step 2 Your AYA facilitator will contact you with a plan of action. Together we look at what your employees need in order to perform at their best. 

Step 3 We look for inspiration- we plan- we gather- we get excited!

Step 4 We deliver a high standard and personal programme that will leave your staff energised and inspired!

 Step 5 Spot the difference- observe what your team has gained, listen to their needs and celebrate your team!
